Hotel Receptionist

About the role

Join the Front Office team at Rixos Premium Seagate, a luxury resort on the Red Sea, and be the first point of contact for guests. You will manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, handle guest requests, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Perform guest entry and exit procedures, including check‑in, check‑out, and VIP handling.
• Process foreign currency exchange and manage the cash register at the start and end of each shift.
• Enter departmental cash revenues and monitor hotel occupancy and reservations.
• Address guest complaints, room changes, and breakdown reports, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments.
• Take wake‑up call requests, forward guest needs to the Guest Relations Department, and maintain the lobby log book.
• Participate in night audit procedures and emergency response teams.
• Exchange information with other departments and ensure all official documents are completed accurately.

Required profile

• Strong attention to representation, attire, conduct, and speech.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple guest issues simultaneously.
• Knowledge of emergency contacts (hospitals, taxis, police, etc.).
• Willingness to attend internal communication meetings, trainings, and emergency drills.
