Housekeeper

About the role

The café LÜLU’S in Cairo is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to ensure the venue remains spotless and welcoming for guests throughout the day. You will work on-site, maintaining both public and private areas, and supporting the overall hospitality standards of this upscale all‑day café. The role offers the chance to work in a stylish environment where design and quality are paramount, contributing directly to guests’ memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public spaces, dining areas, and private rooms daily.
• Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, and ironing linens and staff uniforms.
• Restock and maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchen, and service stations.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to management.
• Collaborate with the café team to uphold LÜLU’S standards of elegance and hospitality.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Experience in laundry and general cleaning tasks, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills for teamwork and guest interaction.
• Proactive attitude, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to receive training on cleaning protocols and service standards.
