HR Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

United Elite Company is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join its remote team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth hiring process across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements on WUZZUF, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and direct search.
• Screen CVs, conduct HR interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare job offers and support salary negotiations.
• Maintain an organized candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill and source of hire.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring for multiple functions and levels.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
