Senior Recruiting Operations & Vendor Manager

About the role

A leading international railway organization is looking for a Senior Recruiting Operations & Vendor Manager to oversee and continuously improve recruitment operations in partnership with external providers. You will act as the primary escalation point, ensure service quality, and align recruitment activities with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage performance of external recruitment providers against KPIs, SLAs and service standards.
• Lead regular vendor review meetings and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Identify recruitment delivery challenges and develop practical solutions with stakeholders.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operational relationships with providers and handle escalations.
• Review recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality, transparency and scalability.
• Support workforce planning and ensure recruitment aligns with hiring priorities.
• Partner with Procurement on vendor governance, contract management and service reviews.
• Monitor compliance with recruitment processes, contractual requirements and internal governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment operations or vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian recruitment market; railway sector experience is a plus.
• Proven experience working with external recruitment agencies, RPO providers or vendors.
• Understanding of recruitment KPIs, SLAs and operational management.
• Experience collaborating with Procurement and external service providers.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
