Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

Segam Group is looking for a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support its factory operations in El Faiyum. You will play a key role in maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and facilitating smooth collaboration between HR and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and leave tracking.
• Prepare and deliver periodic HR‑related reports.
• Work with management to identify staffing needs for the factory.
• Assess training requirements in coordination with department heads.
• Monitor probationary performance of new hires.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory safety policies.
• Implement occupational health and safety policies together with the safety team.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial or food‑related environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Residency in El Faiyum is preferred.
