About the role

Horas Spa is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead its HR function at the Hurghada location. This full‑time, on‑site position will shape HR strategy, ensure legal compliance, and nurture a positive workplace culture within a luxury wellness environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee employee relations, handling conflicts and fostering engagement.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with local labor and employment laws.
• Strategize HR operations to support business objectives and growth.
• Promote an inclusive, high‑performance culture aligned with the spa’s brand values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing HR functions, preferably in hospitality, wellness, or spa settings.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
• In‑depth knowledge of labor and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
