Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in New Cairo, Egypt. You will support daily HR operations, administer policies, manage personnel records, and coordinate employee benefits while contributing to recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support attendance and performance tracking.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
• Assist with recruitment activities, onboarding new hires, and organizing training and development.
• Handle employee inquiries and support performance management processes.
• Collaborate with management and staff to foster a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in HR and HR management with 1‑2 years of experience in day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR policies consistently.
• Experience managing employee benefits programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and confidentiality skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
