Infrastructure Engineer – L3 Office IT Services

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to provide advanced (L3) operational support for Office IT infrastructure services. You will ensure high availability, stability and performance of key enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows Server environments, while driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide third‑line support and manage escalations for Office IT infrastructure services.
- Own and manage backend platforms, guaranteeing agreed availability and performance levels.
- Perform daily health checks and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex incidents and service requests within SLA targets.
- Lead crisis situations following established escalation and incident‑management processes.
- Collaborate with vendors, internal teams and technical leadership to restore and enhance services.
- Conduct performance, capacity and configuration analysis for infrastructure systems.
- Support service‑improvement initiatives and prepare for future projects.
- Mentor L1/L2 support colleagues and share knowledge.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 4–6 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure or systems support within large‑scale environments.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office 365 services.
- Active Directory, ADFS, AD Connect and licence management.
- Windows Server 2016/2019.
- Microsoft SQL.
- Infrastructure troubleshooting.
