Infrastructure Operations & Management Manager

About the role

The Infrastructure Operations & Management Manager will lead the provisioning, operation, and resilience of a leading digital bank's core IT infrastructure. This includes servers, storage, networks, and data‑center environments across staging, production, and testing platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provision and manage staging, production, and data‑center environments, including testing platforms.
• Own hosting, management, and operation of the bank’s data centres.
• Operate and maintain core infrastructure: servers, operating systems, storage, and networking.
• Manage storage and backup systems to ensure data integrity and recoverability.
• Ensure availability, resilience, and capacity planning for current and future business needs.
• Lead backup execution, recovery readiness, and disaster‑recovery testing.
• Oversee infrastructure patching, capacity upgrades, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with security teams for infrastructure hardening and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts for data‑centre and hosting services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure operations or data‑centre management, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong leadership and vendor‑management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of banking regulatory and audit requirements.
