Infrastructure Security Technical Lead

About the role

VOIS is looking for an experienced infrastructure security professional to lead governance, risk management and operational excellence across its enterprise infrastructure services. The role ensures compliance with cyber‑security standards, improves the security posture, and supports critical platforms in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure security activities and ensure compliance with cyber‑security and risk management standards.
• Drive security posture through proactive monitoring, vulnerability remediation, OS patching and security assessments.
• Manage threat detection, investigation, incident response, recovery planning and implementation of enhanced controls.
• Oversee technical operations, service availability, platform health and operational excellence for critical infrastructure.
• Coach and develop technical operations teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Handle stakeholder relationships, customer escalations, service reviews and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to service management processes, governance standards, SLAs and change management requirements.
• Support project delivery with technical expertise, operational readiness and successful implementation of new services.
• Contribute to operational planning, budgeting, service investment forecasting and business continuity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in infrastructure security and risk management.
• Strong understanding of cyber‑security standards and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in a global, multi‑location environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
