Inventory & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory & Operations Coordinator to support daily inventory and order fulfillment activities. The successful candidate will ensure accurate stock records, smooth shipment processing, and effective supplier communication.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, record inventory movements, and update ERP and spreadsheet records.
• Report shortages and discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare, package, and inspect customer orders for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers to order, receive, and track deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and ensure proper handling and storage of products.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physically fit for light to moderate lifting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
