About the role
Hikma is looking for an IT Applications Analyst to join its technology team in 6th of October City. The role provides first‑line support for business users, ensuring that application and system issues are resolved quickly to minimise disruption to daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support to business users for application and system issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents that affect application services.
- Track, manage and report support tickets with proper documentation.
- Analyze support tickets, investigate root causes and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues and improvement proposals to the corporate SAP Support Team.
- Support SAP systems by diagnosing problems and assisting users.
Required profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate with strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and user‑support skills.
- Ability to manage multiple issues and prioritize tasks effectively.
