About the role
IntouchCX is seeking an IT Generalist to maintain and repair computer hardware and software in a fast‑paced break/fix environment. You will ensure workstations are operational, support internal and external clients, and uphold IT standards across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Install, test, and troubleshoot workstations, addressing performance and hardware/software issues.
- Maintain functional computer peripherals and components.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with line‑of‑business applications such as Logical Agent, LivePerson, and other third‑party tools.
- Conduct system audits, verify application results, and track IT assets.
- Develop and enforce organizational IT standards and maintain a clean, organized IT environment.
- Provide updates and solutions to clients while ensuring compliance with disaster recovery, backup, and information security procedures.
- Collaborate on projects, coordinating resources and timelines.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education preferred.
- Experience with ChromeOS devices is a plus.
- Strong adaptability, multitasking ability, and self‑management.
- Excellent communication, customer‑service orientation, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or within a team.
