IT Governance & Operations Consultant

About the role

The IT Governance & Operations Consultant ensures stable operation, continuous improvement, and business alignment of a portfolio of enterprise applications and technical platforms. Acting as the main bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, infrastructure groups and external partners, the role translates business needs into reliable technical operations and effective solution delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for business stakeholders and technical teams across a portfolio of applications and platforms.
• Coordinate incidents, service requests, changes, upgrades and technical issues to maintain service continuity.
• Monitor and manage cost‑related aspects, including cost centers, service consumption and operational expenses.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, support teams, vendors and business representatives to resolve technical dependencies.
• Support governance, risk and compliance controls, audit requirements and security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business Informatics or related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Good understanding of infrastructure‑related activities.
• Experience with cost tracking, budget coordination or cost‑center management is a plus.
• Familiarity with GRC, audit requirements and security standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills on a global scale.
