IT Sales Account Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Qesm El Maadi focuses on managing and growing key corporate accounts for Amjaad Technology’s IoT and smart‑metering solutions. The role involves building long‑term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored utility‑management services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand key corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Conduct sales meetings and presentations to showcase IoT and smart‑metering solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and finance teams to guarantee timely delivery of solutions.
• Monitor account performance, produce sales reports and forecasts, and gather market feedback for product improvement.
• Collaborate with management to achieve revenue targets and support strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and corporate client relationship building.
• Experience with technology, IoT, smart metering, or utility‑management solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical, operations, and finance teams.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous corporate sales experience in Egypt or the GCC region is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and attend meetings as required.
