Sales Assistant

About the role

The Sales Assistant is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Qesm El Maadi, Egypt. You will support the sales team by preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and coordinating follow‑ups with existing and prospective clients. The role requires strong communication, accurate documentation, and the ability to work across internal departments and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue sales quotations and related documents.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in order processing.
• Coordinate follow‑up activities with prospects and existing clients.
• Organise sales documentation, update sales reports and assist in preparing presentations for client meetings.
• Support the General Manager with calendar management, meeting coordination, agenda preparation and minutes.
• Follow up on tasks and action items across departments and ensure timely communication.
• Arrange business travel, handle confidential information and manage correspondence on behalf of the General Manager.

Required profile

• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
