About the role
We are looking for an IT Specialist with at least three years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy‑industrial environment. The role is hybrid, working between our factory in Borg El Arab and the head office in Sultan Hussein, Alexandria.
Key responsibilities
- Implement a Zero‑Trust Architecture to strengthen cybersecurity and resilience.
- Oversee ERP (SAP) and OT integration, ensuring seamless communication across all departments.
- Scale infrastructure to meet growing operational demands.
- Negotiate and manage hardware and software vendors to maintain 99.9% system availability.
- Translate complex digital risks into clear business impacts for stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field.
- 3+ years of IT experience, with 1–2 years in a manufacturing or heavy‑industrial setting.
Required skills
- Zero‑Trust Architecture implementation
- SAP ERP knowledge
- Firewall management
- SD‑WAN configuration
- SQL database administration
