Junior Accountant – Full‑Time, Cairo

About the role

N.A STUDIO OFFICIAL is seeking a Junior Accountant to join its finance team in downtown Cairo. You will support daily financial operations as the brand expands both locally and internationally, ensuring accurate recording of sales, expenses, and supplier transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily sales, expenses, supplier payments and operational costs.
• Reconcile Shopify sales, POS payments, cash, bank transfers, courier collections and payment‑gateway transactions.
• Track accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports covering revenue, expenses, gross profit and cash flow.
• Assist with inventory costing, COGS tracking and supplier invoice organization.
• Follow up on courier collections and outstanding payments.
• Support payroll, petty‑cash management and month‑end closing.
• Coordinate with external accountant/tax advisor when required.
• Maintain accurate financial records and organized documentation.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Trustworthy, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
• Based in Cairo.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with Shopify and POS systems.
