Junior Analytics Specialist

About the role

As a Junior Analytics Specialist you will act as a detective of client web data, turning raw metrics into actionable insights. This entry‑level position is ideal for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable working with data across the funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client website data and produce reports using Google Sheets, Google Analytics 4, and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo or Salesforce.
• Detect data anomalies, investigate root causes, and ensure data quality.
• Gather requirements from project managers to tailor reports to specific client needs.
• Maintain a well‑organized database of reports and documentation.
• Identify high‑impact opportunities for A/B testing based on data insights.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Quick learner able to adapt to a variety of client tools.
• Strong data literacy with high attention to detail.
• Approximately 1 year of analytics experience is a plus.
