Junior BI Reporting Analyst

About the role

Advansys is seeking a Junior BI Reporting Analyst to join its Business Intelligence team. You will help design, develop, and support reporting and analytical solutions that enable business users to access data quickly and make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal BI projects to meet business requirements on time and with high quality.
• Design, develop, and maintain reporting dashboards and self‑service BI environments.
• Perform business analysis, document specifications, and collaborate with data‑modeling and data‑management teams.
• Participate in setting data‑governance and reporting strategies to reduce redundancy.
• Work with developers through architecture, design, build, test, and enhancement phases.
• Write and document data processes, stored procedures, and analytic applications following best practices.
• Develop outlines, create necessary objects, and execute unit, integration, and user‑acceptance tests.
• Provide second‑level support for reporting issues and contribute to knowledge‑base sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence or reporting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Data‑driven analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with telecom industry standards and technologies is a plus.
