Global Reporting Analyst – Operations Excellence

About the role

The Global Reporting Analyst will support Unilever's Operations Excellence function by delivering accurate, automated, and insightful reporting across the OPTICS 4‑Layer framework. You will transform raw operational data into intelligence that drives performance, compliance, and continuous improvement for global hubs and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and enhance dashboards for Engage, Perform and Manage layers, including executive scorecards and regional performance tabs.
• Lead end‑to‑end data processes: extraction, transformation (Power Query/Dataflows), validation, refresh cycles and scheduled publishing.
• Ensure data quality through manual checks, triangulation with local reports and adherence to global governance standards.
• Support hubs and markets with daily performance visibility, case‑level insights and transformation reporting, especially for talent acquisition processes.
• Identify automation opportunities, consolidate manual reports and implement enhancements following Power BI best practices.
• Collaborate with Global Ops Excellence leadership, hub leads, CI & Governance teams and data owners to align KPIs and insights.
