Junior Content Engineer (Remote)

About the role

HardLaunch is looking for a Junior Content Engineer to join its remote team. You will be the second set of eyes on a high‑volume automated content pipeline that publishes thousands of short‑form videos daily for major tech brands.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that scheduled posts are published correctly across all brands and accounts, and follow up on any gaps.
• Quality‑check content against brand guidelines, including hooks, captions, platform references, thumbnails, and links before it is amplified.
• Monitor account health, identify flagged or dead accounts, and remove them from rotation.
• Triage failures in uploads, proxies, or the engine, fixing what you can and escalating the rest promptly.
• Track daily view averages and post completion metrics per brand and flag drifting performance.
• Automate repetitive manual checks by building scripts, alerts or dashboards to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a personal sense of responsibility for content quality.
• Good instinct for what makes a short‑form video work for a specific brand.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with daily monitoring.
• Ability to spot and resolve issues before they affect large audiences.
