Junior Learning & Development – Academic Team

About the role

We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our academic team as a Junior Learning & Development professional. You will support the delivery and continuous improvement of our MBA, DBA, Marketing and HR diploma programmes while gaining hands‑on experience in higher‑education support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing academic sessions to ensure high‑quality content.
• Support students with assignments, queries and overall academic guidance.
• Collaborate with faculty and other academic team members to enhance programme delivery.
• Contribute ideas for improving MBA, DBA and diploma curricula.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and ongoing guidance for enrolled students.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (or up to 1 year of experience) in education, training or a related field.
• Preferably holds a Business Administration degree.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
• Full‑time availability and excellent command of spoken and written English.
