About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support our hiring activities and help attract qualified candidates. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from posting vacancies to coordinating interviews, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and phone screenings.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain interview logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Technical recruitment knowledge or a technical background is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
