About the role
Amazon is seeking a Learning Business Partner to lead learning and development initiatives within a fulfillment center. You will work closely with operations teams on the warehouse floor to ensure associates receive high‑quality safety, process, and onboarding training.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Learning Associates.
- Own end‑to‑end associate and leader training programs, from needs analysis to execution.
- Collaborate with AMET and central Amazon teams to prioritize and deploy training at scale.
- Plan, develop, and evaluate training initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.
- Identify and deliver coaching solutions to meet quality and productivity goals.
- Create and maintain a catalogue of learning content aligned with business needs.
- Provide coaching and feedback through 1‑on‑1s and workshops.
- Ensure full safety compliance and conduct associate compliance audits.
- Analyze data to recommend improvements for training and operations.
- Track and communicate learning department goals locally and across the network.
Required profile
- Strong ability to understand business needs, analyze issues, and influence outcomes.
- Experience in warehouse or fulfillment‑center operations.
- Proven leadership and team‑player mindset.
- Adaptability to fast‑paced, changing environments.
- Excellent project‑management and prioritisation skills.
