Learning Consultant – Global Talent

About the role

Accenture’s Global Talent Network is seeking a Learning Consultant to help clients design and deliver AI‑enabled learning solutions. The role focuses on accelerating talent transformation and building future‑ready workforces across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assess learning needs and develop tailored training curricula.
• Create detailed content outlines, design standards, templates and checklists for learning solutions.
• Design and develop learning experiences that incorporate AI‑centric approaches and behavior‑change principles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and organizational change programs.
• Support the rollout and continuous improvement of learning programs to drive measurable talent outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning design, development and training needs analysis.
• Strong understanding of talent transformation, AI‑enabled workforce development and organizational change.
• Ability to work with clients across diverse industries and translate business objectives into learning solutions.
