Learning & Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Learning & Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of innovative training programs, fostering a culture of continuous growth and high performance across our organization in New Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver cutting‑edge training programs using TOT (Training of Trainers) and Experiential Learning methodologies.
• Manage and optimize the Performance Management System to boost employee engagement and productivity.
• Conduct training needs assessments, create learning roadmaps and oversee learning technology platforms.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps, develop targeted development plans and evaluate program effectiveness.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, HR or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead, strategize and execute L&D initiatives at a manager level.
• Strategic mindset with a strong track record of aligning learning programs to organizational goals.
