Learning Experience Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to create engaging, evidence‑based learning experiences for Noon Academy’s hybrid and online programmes. This fully remote role collaborates with curriculum leads, teachers, product, and engineering teams to deliver learner‑centred designs that drive measurable student outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end learning experiences, including scope & sequence, unit plans, lesson plans, assessments, and formative checks aligned to Noon learning outcomes.
• Create learner‑facing multimedia assets (video scripts, interactive activities, worked examples, practice problems) and facilitator guides for consistent delivery.
• Develop assessment strategies and rubrics to measure mastery and inform iterative improvements.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate pedagogical designs into scalable digital experiences and QA learning flows.
• Run rapid prototyping and user testing with students and teachers to validate design decisions.
• Train and support teachers and facilitators on new materials, pedagogical approaches, and EdTech tools.
• Use data and qualitative feedback to continuously improve curriculum and content.

Required profile

• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing digital or blended learning experiences for K‑12 or secondary‑aged learners.
• Proven experience writing lesson plans, assessments, and facilitator guides based on learning objectives and evidence‑based practices.
• Practical familiarity with authoring tools and learning platforms (LMS/LCMS).
• Strong understanding of formative assessment.
