About the Position

Join KAD Commercial Property Management, a leading specialist in retail development and asset management since 2012. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Manager to spearhead leasing activities across our diverse portfolio of high-profile commercial projects throughout Egypt.

Main Missions

• Develop and implement strategic leasing plans tailored to specific client projects.
• Proactively prospect, approach, and negotiate with key retail brands and tenants.
• Coordinate and lead professional site visits for potential lessees.
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle, including contract negotiation and administrative follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with the Property Management team to ensure operational efficiency and revenue optimization.
• Monitor market trends to provide actionable insights for asset value enhancement.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in commercial leasing or real estate asset management.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
• Excellent networking abilities and a proactive approach to business development.
• Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in contract management.
