Localization Project Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Localization Project Manager to lead client projects from inception to delivery. The role operates in a fast‑paced environment, requiring strong autonomy and the ability to manage tight schedules while collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and analyse client project requests, quotations and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, define workflows, and manage time, budget, resources and quality control.
• Create and monitor localization budgets, track costs, issue purchase orders and invoices, and approve work reports.
• Identify and resolve localization issues, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients, internal teams and senior management, escalating risks when needed.
• Participate in corporate management meetings, providing project data and insights.
• Continuously update knowledge of localization trends, tools and best practices through training.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in translation or localization project management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and risk management.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi‑language, multicultural team.
