Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will support daily delivery operations, ensuring that shipments are dispatched and arrive on time. Working on‑site at the factory in Wady Elnatroun, you will act as a bridge between drivers, the sales team, and the logistics specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Follow execution of daily delivery routes and confirm on‑time dispatch and arrival.
• Track vehicle movements and provide real‑time updates to the Logistics Specialist.
• Ensure vehicle loading follows the approved plan and is completed on schedule.
• Verify that deliveries from previous shifts have been successfully completed at customer locations.
• Update shipment status in the system (Loaded, In Transit, Delivered, Returned).
• Collect, verify, and archive delivery documents such as shipping orders, proof of delivery, and invoices.
• Report any delivery deviations, delays, or incidents to the Logistics Specialist.
• Coordinate return of racks/pallets from customers and escalate delayed recoveries to the Sales Department.
• Collaborate with drivers and sales departments to resolve delivery or service issues.
• Receive and forward complaints from internal departments (Quality, Safety, OHS) regarding outsourced field teams.

Required profile

• Male candidates only.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or related field.
• Based at the factory in Wady Elnatroun.
