Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse activities at Royal Herbs in Alsadat City. The role ensures efficient inventory management, accurate stock control, and smooth inbound and outbound logistics while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch operations.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate stock levels with Procurement, Production and Planning teams.
• Lead, coach and evaluate warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with HSE requirements.
• Prepare performance reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and material flow.
• Manage ERP transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Proven leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of English and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Odoo.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
