Logistics Executive – Amazon MENA Variable Programs

About the role

The Logistics Executive supports Amazon's Worldwide Operations in the MENA region, acting as a bridge between internal teams and external partners. This on‑ground role involves investigating complex issues, driving operational improvements, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met across partner sites.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure safety norms are followed at partner node premises.
• Maintain channel relationships through field visits and process custodianship.
• Escalate performance issues and develop improvement plans with partners.
• Train partner associates on service delivery, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor site operations, identify trends, and drive corrective actions.
• Raise and follow up on technical, safety, or material management tickets.
• Support launch of new programs (EDSP/XPT) and oversee facility set‑up (5S, equipment, flow).

Required profile

• Experience in an operational role, preferably within logistics or e‑commerce.
• Flexibility to work weekends, overnight shifts, and travel to multiple sites.
• Strong analytical mindset – able to dive deep, scrutinize details, and anticipate data implications.
• Organized, proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Required skills

• Knowledge of routing technology and labor planning concepts.
