Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor will lead end‑to‑end warehouse and logistics operations for ATM machines, spare parts and consumables. You will ensure secure handling, accurate inventory, and timely dispatch while driving efficiency and compliance across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of ATMs and components.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficient material flow.
• Manage purchase requisitions, validate invoices and coordinate supplier payments.
• Oversee inbound shipments from suppliers/OEMs and outbound deliveries to field teams and customers.
• Handle returns, inspection, segregation and system booking of returned ATMs and parts.
• Coordinate disposal of obsolete or damaged inventory according to policy.
• Ensure strict security protocols for high‑value assets and audit compliance.
• Lead and train warehouse personnel, monitor productivity and enforce discipline.
• Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, turnaround time and damage rate, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• BSc in Logistics or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, security procedures and audit standards.

• Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Smartsheet for activity tracking.
