Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will lead day‑to‑day maintenance operations at The Nest’s workspace facility in Festival, ensuring all equipment, furnishings and building systems are safe, functional and well‑presented. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site coordination with remote planning, reporting and vendor communication.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and supervise maintenance staff, schedule preventive maintenance and inspect facilities.
• Respond to service requests, coordinate external contractors and manage supplies and spare parts.
• Track maintenance records, support compliance with safety and building regulations, and collaborate with operations and workspace teams.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory ability to lead maintenance personnel and ensure service standards.
• Experience in facilities or property maintenance management, preferably in commercial or workspace environments.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills, comfortable working in a hybrid setup.
