Marketing Manager – Education Sector (Nasr City)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, data‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our education‑sector marketing initiatives in Nasr City, Cairo. The role will drive brand awareness, generate student‑enrollment leads and support revenue growth through integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with enrollment targets and business goals.
• Define target audience segments (parents, students, corporate clients, schools) and tailor messaging.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and student/parent behavior in Greater Cairo.
• Set and track marketing KPIs such as lead volume, cost per lead and conversion rates.
• Plan and manage multi‑channel campaigns across digital (social media, Google Ads, SEO, email), print, outdoor and events.
• Coordinate with admissions and sales teams to ensure timely lead follow‑up.
• Oversee website optimisation for lead generation and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Produce high‑quality content including success stories, testimonials, faculty interviews and virtual tours.
• Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube) targeting local audiences.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and manage media relations.
• Lead, mentor and develop a small marketing team and manage external agencies.
• Prepare and control the marketing budget, ensuring cost‑effective resource allocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing within the education sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Strategic thinker capable of managing both digital and traditional channels.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with admissions, sales and external partners.
• Leadership experience overseeing a marketing team.
