Marketing Specialist – Digital, Retail & E‑Commerce

About the role

As a Marketing Specialist at Hoopoe Tech, you will design and execute innovative marketing strategies across digital, retail and e‑commerce channels. You will enhance brand presence, engage customers and drive business growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch comprehensive marketing campaigns from concept through analysis, aligning with business objectives.
• Lead retail and e‑commerce marketing initiatives to maximise reach and conversion.
• Manage digital and e‑marketing campaigns, applying SEO/SEM and social‑media strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights.
• Use marketing analytics to track performance, extract insights and continuously improve campaigns.

Required profile

• 3–10 years of progressive experience in digital, retail and e‑commerce marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Proven ability to design, execute and optimise e‑marketing campaigns and brand management.
• Must be able to work on‑site in Mohandessin, Giza, Egypt.
