Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst to join the Supply Chain team at Limitless Naturals. The role focuses on maintaining high‑quality master data in Oracle ERP to support efficient operations across finance, manufacturing, R&D and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and apply global master data standards, naming conventions, classification rules and governance policies across all data domains (materials, vendors, customers, BOMs, routings, plant master) to ensure consistency across Finance, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain and IT.
• Own end‑to‑end data quality by conducting regular audits, identifying root causes of errors, duplicates, gaps and inconsistencies, and driving timely corrections in Oracle; log issues, track resolutions and report quality trends to stakeholders.
• Manage the full lifecycle of master data records in Oracle—from creation and onboarding of new materials, vendors, customers, BOMs and routings, through maintenance, plant extensions, and controlled archiving or deactivation—ensuring each record is complete, accurate and approved before activation.
• Partner with functional teams to capture data requirements, handle master data change requests, and ensure new product launches, plant expansions and system changes are accurately reflected in Oracle.
• Process master data change requests according to established governance policies and approval workflows, guaranteeing proper authorization, accurate recording and traceability via audit trails.
• Identify, propose and implement automation opportunities to eliminate manual data entry, reduce error rates and improve turnaround times for master data requests.
• Produce master data quality dashboards, KPI reports and exception logs for all functions, benchmark performance against standards and promote a culture of data ownership and accountability.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in master data management or ERP data administration.
• Experience preferably within FMCG, consumer goods or consumer health sectors.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate data issues effectively.
