Material Handler – 3rd Shift

About the role

BlueScope is seeking reliable, detail‑oriented individuals to join the 3rd‑shift team as Material Handlers. You will operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other mobile equipment to move raw materials and finished goods safely within our plant, yard, or warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials, pallets, industrial racks, trailers and trucks.
• Transport materials between storage, production and designated staging areas.
• Operate lifting devices such as forklifts and cranes to position items accurately.
• Maintain inventory records, perform routine equipment checks and support 5S housekeeping standards.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement and corrective‑action activities.

Required profile

• Keen eye for detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Comfortable working in a team‑oriented, safety‑focused environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
