Mechanical Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to create detailed mechanical system designs and schematics for a variety of precast construction projects. The role involves analyzing project requirements, developing and testing mechanical systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed mechanical system designs, schematics, and layouts that meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Perform load calculations, system simulations, and performance analyses to ensure efficient and reliable designs.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure designs comply with national and local mechanical codes, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to integrate mechanical systems with other building systems and address client needs.
• Review and approve design modifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Identify and resolve design issues, conduct system testing, and provide technical solutions during implementation.
