Mechanical Engineer – Facility Management

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our facility management team in Cairo. The role involves overseeing the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems across multiple sites, ensuring reliability and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing and firefighting, across assigned facilities.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records and operational updates for management and clients.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety and quality regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in facility management, maintenance or MEP operations.
• Experience in healthcare or large‑scale facilities is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
