Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will apply hands‑on experience with industrial equipment to improve operational efficiency and ensure reliable plant performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and propose preventive solutions.
• Monitor equipment performance using predictive maintenance tools.
• Prepare detailed failure analysis reports and recommend performance improvements.
• Track and analyze equipment performance indicators such as MTTR and MTBF.
• Oversee repairs of pumps, compressors, gear systems, and hydraulic components.
• Test equipment after maintenance to verify proper functionality.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
