Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the reliability of industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and propose preventive solutions.
• Monitor equipment performance using predictive maintenance tools.
• Prepare detailed failure analysis reports and recommend performance improvements.
• Track and analyze equipment performance indicators such as MTTR and MTBF.
• Oversee repairs of pumps, compressors, gear systems, and hydraulic components.
• Test equipment post‑maintenance to ensure proper functionality.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience maintaining industrial mechanical equipment.
• Ability to conduct root cause and failure analysis.
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Strong focus on safety and quality compliance.

Required skills

• Maintenance of pumps, compressors, gear systems, and hydraulic components.
• Use of predictive maintenance tools.
