Mechanical Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Site Engineer to join our construction team. The role involves supervising mechanical works on‑site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality installations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute mechanical works on‑site according to project specifications.
• Oversee installation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and MEP teams to ensure smooth site execution.
• Review shop drawings and verify proper implementation on site.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and track site progress.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Resolve technical issues and support site execution teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in construction site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, especially HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting.
• Proven experience in site supervision and coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies and site procedures.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
