Media QC Operator

About the role

Pixelogic Media Partners is seeking a detail‑oriented Media QC Operator to ensure that video, audio, subtitles and closed captions meet client specifications. You will work within a fast‑paced environment, supporting the distribution of entertainment content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect linear media content (video, audio, subtitles, closed captions) for compliance and quality issues.
• Follow and complete QC checklists and document findings in a database.
• Identify errors, artifacts, and quality defects, reporting them clearly and concisely.
• Adhere to security policies and protect confidential information.
• Learn and adapt to internal tools and evolving industry standards.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, media, or a related field (undergraduates welcome).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Integrity, ethics, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Problem‑solving mindset.
