Medical Representative - Haram

About the role

We are hiring Medical Representatives and Product Specialists for the Egyptian market. Reporting to a First Line Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales, market share and productivity targets while building scientific, customer‑centric relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets (sales growth/market share) within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Achieve contact, coverage and frequency targets through face‑to‑face meetings with doctors and pharmacists.
• Promote Acino products according to campaign briefs, using approved brand visuals.
• Conduct periodic visits to HCPs in hospitals, polyclinics and pharmacies to build scientific relationships.
• Ensure doctors/HCP/KOL receive correct product information and clinical study data.
• Identify business opportunities and develop initiatives to maximize market potential.
• Monitor competitor activities, medical conferences and round tables and report to management.
• Handle product samples professionally and maintain proper storage conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a medical representative or product specialist.
• Experience in consumer health, cardiovascular or specialty product portfolios (preferred).
• Strong sales acumen and business aptitude.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• High customer focus.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
