MEP Technical Office Engineer – Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

ArtWave Engineering is looking for a skilled Technical Office Engineer (MEP) to support its growing portfolio of administrative, commercial, and hospitality fit‑out projects. The role involves managing technical deliverables from design development through tendering and site execution, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for HVAC, power, lighting, plumbing, and fire alarm systems.
• Develop coordinated composite drawings that integrate MEP and architectural layouts.
• Review architectural fit‑out elements such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, and joinery.
• Conduct quantity surveying and material take‑offs, and compile complete BOQs for all disciplines.
• Create full tender packages, evaluate contractor quotations, and issue accurate as‑built drawings.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and specification compliance.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in office and commercial fit‑out projects.
• Strong architectural awareness and ability to interpret fit‑out details.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Male gender preference noted in the posting.
