Microsoft Dynamics CRM Manager (ETIC)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Manager to lead the design, configuration and delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for clients in the ETIC hub in Cairo. The role combines technical leadership with consulting, helping organisations optimise their business processes through Microsoft technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead D365 CE application configuration, customisation and business process automation.
• Design and implement solution management, DevOps release pipelines, and Azure‑based custom solutions.
• Manage data migration, integration design, reporting (Power Platform/D365) and enterprise reporting.
• Define IDAM, security and compliance architectures.
• Oversee technical delivery scope, off‑shore coordination and technical change‑request reviews.
• Support RFP responses, project estimation, delivery strategies and product/CoP brand awareness.
• Drive stakeholder management, project planning, quality assurance and people development.
• Provide sales demos and act as Microsoft subject‑matter expert in sales pursuits.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement consultant or senior technical consultant.
• Strong consulting background with ability to analyse client needs and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Experience managing projects, off‑shore teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
