Mid‑Level Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for a Mid‑Level Recruitment Specialist to lead national and international talent acquisition for its Customer Experts teams. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the right candidates are hired on time and in line with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Research European job markets and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Create and publish job advertisements to attract talent.
• Manage the selection process, keeping the applicant database up‑to‑date.
• Screen CVs, conduct pre‑selection calls, and validate language, technical and soft skills.
• Organise and execute selection activities such as online tests, group dynamics and interviews.
• Provide relocation support for candidates coming from abroad.
• Present a final shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise recruitment outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and propose innovative recruitment methods.
• Ensure compliance with Teleperformance policies, GDPR, information security and other relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven experience in recruitment and selection.
• International recruitment experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use internet applications for sourcing and communication.
