Nursery English Class Teacher

About the role

Pixie Wings is seeking a dedicated Nursery English Class Teacher to join its inclusive early learning environment. You will plan and deliver engaging English lessons for children aged 1‑4, supporting language development and cognitive growth within the EYFS British Curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement age‑appropriate English lesson plans and interactive activities.
• Monitor and assess each child’s progress, providing feedback to parents and staff.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive, well‑rounded curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing classroom that reflects the centre’s educational philosophy.
• Prepare teaching materials and resources that stimulate learning.

Required profile

• Proficiency in teaching English to young learners.
• Experience in lesson planning and curriculum design for early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a nursery or early learning setting is an advantage.
